At ZZRestaurant Restaurant, we value your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, store, and manage your data when using tableside contactless ordering:

1. Data Collection

We do not require users to create accounts. When ordering, we collect minimum metadata (your table ID, ordering details, billing amounts, and transaction IDs) necessary to process your kitchen order and verify gateway payment status.

2. Payment Security

Your online payments are securely processed by our third-party checkout partner, Cashfree. We do not store or capture any credit card numbers, UPI PINs, or bank account credentials on our servers.

3. Data Retention

Order records are securely kept in our cloud database (Firebase) to facilitate admin preparation queue monitors and resolve counter invoice reviews.

By scanning our dining QR codes and placing an order via our tableside web application, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Digital Ordering and Verification

Each table features a unique token session link. You are solely responsible for verifying the table details shown on your screen (e.g. Table 5) before finalizing payment checkout. Placing orders under an invalid session is strictly prohibited.

2. Menu Pricing

All prices displayed in our digital menu are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of packaging fees. Applicable taxes and tips are computed during checkout.

3. Service Availability

Our ordering system is only operational during active restaurant operating hours (11:00 AM to 11:00 PM).

We want you to have the best dining experience. Please read our guidelines regarding cancellations and transaction refunds:

1. Order Cancellation

Customers can cancel their orders directly from the tableside tracking screen until the kitchen changes the status to "Preparing". Once our chef begins cooking, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

2. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If an order is cancelled successfully before preparation starts and payment was completed online: - The refund is initiated immediately. - The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method (bank account/UPI/card) within 5-7 business days as per standard banking procedures.

3. Failed Transactions

If money was deducted from your account but the order state displays "Failed/Pending" in the database, the amount will be automatically returned to your account by Cashfree within 48-72 hours.

This policy details how dining orders placed tableside are fulfilled:

1. Shipping Methods

ZZRestaurant operates strictly as a **dine-in physical restaurant**. There are no shipping, courier, or logistical postal delivery methods involved for digital order transactions.

2. Delivery Timelines

All items added to the cart and placed successfully are delivered directly by our waiters **to your specific table inside the restaurant**. - Starters & Drinks: Delivered within 10-15 minutes from kitchen approval. - Main Course: Served hot within 20-30 minutes from preparation start.
